When refined design goes hand in hand with quality and durability, Modelec stands out as a leading brand in the world of high-end light switches and outlets. A French manufacturer that combines artisanal craftsmanship with modern technology, this brand enhances your home with products featuring meticulous finishes and high-quality materials. Behind every Modelec outlet or switch lies a commitment: to create a product that is as aesthetically pleasing as it is high-performing.

Whether you're looking for a contemporary, classic, or bold style, the Modelec line offers solutions tailored to every project: renovating an existing interior or building from the ground up. Why settle for ordinary fixtures when you can choose a true decorative piece that enhances your spaces?

The Modelec Confidence collection in brass: 12 exclusive finishes

The Confidence collection embodies Modelec's excellence in high-end cabinet fronts. Crafted from solid brass, these fronts embody French craftsmanship and stand out for their unparalleled variety of finishes: Matte black, brushed, brushed steel, matte white, white enamel, gunmetal, mirror Chrome, antique Bronze, Satin Nickel, Satin, mirror gold, Satin copper.

Confidence facades are available in two mounting systems: magnetic for easy installation, or screw-mounted for traditional installation. This flexibility makes it possible to adapt to all types of electrical panels and interior layouts.

Narrow-profile faces and accessory options for Modelec Confidence switches

In addition to standard cabinet fronts, the Confidence Modelec collection offers narrow, long-narrow, long-narrow with a built-in reading light, and long-narrow with a spot light models. These variants expand the possibilities for customization and installation in tight spaces or for supplemental lighting needs.

Simple and reinforced mechanisms are available for all Confidence cabinet fronts, with specific variants designed for narrow models. The choice between a standard switch and a heavy-duty switch depends on how often it will be used and your durability requirements.

Desir Modelec finishes with the Soft Touch option

The Desir collection offers cabinet fronts in four finishes: Matte white, matte aluminum, matte gold, and matte black. Each of these finishes is available in a standard version or with the Soft Touch option, which gives your switches and outlets a velvety, pleasant feel.

This Soft Touch option enhances the user experience by offering superior tactile comfort: Soft Touch white, Soft Touch aluminum, Soft Touch gold, Soft Touch black. The feel of the switch when touched has become a selection criterion in its own right, and is particularly appreciated in living areas where the switch is used frequently.

Hanging mechanisms and options for the Desir collection

Like all Modelec products, the Desir collection features specialized mechanisms designed to ensure reliability and durability. The available mounting systems allow for seamless integration into your installation layout, whether it's a new installation or a renovation.

The Modelec configurator available on DomeaShop helps you customize your switch/outlet set by selecting the finish, mechanism, and options according to your preferences.

The Fascination collection: 6 distinct cabinet door styles

The Fascination line expands Modelec's product offering with six original cabinet door designs: Atlas, Coslan, Fauve, Jade, Ombre, and Onde. Each model offers its own distinctive aesthetic, allowing for a variety of layouts and visual effects on your control panel.

These faceplates embody the same philosophy as our flagship collections: a blend of contemporary design and impeccable functionality for your indoor light switches and outlets.

Other Modelec collections: Hitera, Iris, Karo, and M

In addition to Confidence, Desir, and Fascination, Modelec's Hitera, Iris, Karo, and M series offer additional options to match the fixtures to any interior style. Each collection features mechanisms developed specifically for it and a distinctive aesthetic consistency.

This diversity ensures that, whatever your renovation or construction project may be, a Modelec collection will meet your expectations in terms of design, quality, and technical performance.

How to choose your Modelec switch or outlet: A selection guide

When choosing a Modelec switch or outlet, there are three key factors to consider: the style of your home, the available finishes, and ease of use. Start by exploring the collections whose style matches your personal taste (contemporary, classic, or bold).

Next, opt for classic, timeless finishes like matte white or matte black for neutral spaces, or go for bolder finishes like antique Bronze or mirror gold for rooms with a distinctive style. The Soft Touch option in the Desir collection adds a welcome tactile comfort to high-traffic areas.

Finally, check that the mounting system (magnetic or screw-mounted) is compatible with your existing electrical panel, especially during a renovation. DomeaShop guides you through every step of the process and offers secure delivery of your orders in France and throughout Europe.
